Mitchell & Delano is a working studio. The artwork, illustration, and design behind our commercial projects are developed here, then carried through the formats the project calls for.
For the City of Arvada's Paseo Project, we developed an original illustration celebrating the project, its setting, and the character of Arvada. The work moved from concept and drawing through painting and finished applications, including apparel and a framed original now installed at the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority office.

For this RE/MAX office in Olde Town Arvada, a large original painting became the focal point of the space. The water tower was already part of the neighborhood's visual identity, making the artwork feel less like decoration and more like something that belonged there from the start.
